Service Description

Our occupied staging consultation is designed to help your listings stand out by maximizing the appeal of your client’s home using their existing furniture and décor. We’ll strategically rearrange pieces, wall decor and accessories for optimal flow, ensuring buyers can easily envision themselves living in the space. As time permits, we’ll move lightweight furniture and provide homeowners with guidance on repositioning heavier items. Additionally, we’ll recommend key purchases and/or cosmetic updates to enhance the home’s presentation—clients can handle these themselves or opt for our Shop and Style service (see below), where we source and style the finishing touches for them. Price - $250 for the 1st 2 hours ($130 for each additional hour)
